If you believe that you have received a virus from BestLifeRewarded®, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may take remedial measures to remove the virus.
BestLifeRewarded® does not send emails to customers requesting billing, login or password information. If you receive an email claiming to be from BestLifeRewarded® that asks you to provide personal or account information, or login and passwords, do not provide such information unless you have first verified that the website or email is from BestLifeRewarded®. Such emails may be fraudulent and used in connection with scams known as phishing. BestLifeRewarded® asks that you report any suspicious emails or websites to BestLifeRewarded®.
Cancellation, Incorrect Pricing, & Refund Policy
In the event content on the Website contains incorrect information, or a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, BestLifeRewarded® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. BestLifeRewarded® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BestLifeRewarded® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
BestLifeRewarded® believes in helping its members as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
To request a refund, simply contact us at info@BestLifeRewarded.com with your purchase details within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. The Customer Service Team will work with you during the refund/return process.
Returns are to be sent to an address given to you by our Customer Service Team within ten (ten) business days. Refunds will not be given until a full inspection of the returned goods is performed by BestLifeRewarded®. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The member is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Goods are to be in original packaging and free off all defects. No E-commerce returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (given to you by the Customer Service Team). Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via www.BestLifeRewarded.com. It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items. Ensure email and address is current and up to date for correspondence purposes.
Any deviation from the policy outlined above could result in a delay of your refund, additional shipping fees or refusal of your return.
